These change orders collectively total a decrease of ($245,770.79) in gross contract dollars. Included in these change orders are ($244,589.51) credit for Direct Material Purchases; the corresponding Direct Material Purchase Orders of ($230,935.81) resulting in a net of $13,653.70 in sales tax savings.
